The article is based around Marriott Hotels and their creation of an internal media production company to create articles, videos, social media posts, etc. that resonate with their target customers, tell great stories, and build brand recognition and loyalty.

Make sure you take the time to watch the videos included in the article, including the French Kiss and Two Bellmen movies. They are really well done, and fun to watch. Also, pay close attention to how their use of content is not only driving business and revenue, but also effecting life inside the company in the “A culture of content” section.
